Good fertility, leading to minimum empty days, is of paramount importance to the profitability of all animal breeding units.
Modern methods create many stress factors in equine breeding studs, which can affect days from weaning to mating, conception and semen quality.
It is vital that breeding mares and stallions are kept in optimal condition, both physically and psychologically.
Changes in body metabolism are not fully understood or even recognisable to the stable hand; they can occur quickly or over a longer period, and are often spotted too late, for example when days weaning-to-mating lengthen or more mares return to oestrus. Similarly, stallions can produce low volumes of sperm, or produce non-motile sperm, for no apparent reason.
FERTIMATE is designed to be added to the daily diet of breeding horses to help keep body metabolism in optimum order at breeding times.
FERTIMATE is blended from marine and plant extracts, oils and herbs to provide a constant supply of readily available amino acids, vitamins, minerals, micro and macro nutrients and other essential elements necessary for good fertility in male and female breeders.
FERTIMATE is a totally natural product and is readily assimilated by the body via the digestive system, ensuring that any sudden dietary change, stress or metabolic demand is responded to quickly.
FERTIMATE is added to the manufactured diet at 2kg - 4kg per tonne of feed, as deemed necessary.
FERTIMATE can be topped dressed on to the daily feed at between 50 to 100 gms per day, as deemed necessary.
