De-Fleez repels by working systemically through the skin, the regular monthly programme keeps the immune response at the optimum high level, to work immediately the host the flea attacks animal. De-Fleez is a blend of botanical liquid extracts known to make the host animals body and blood unpalatable to the biting flea, causing it to seek another host animal, obviously if it cannot do this the flea will die.
De-Fleez is administered on one day each month at a set rate dependent on species, it can be added to feed or drinking water and given individually by dropper or plastic syringe, some customers soak the product into a pet treat, which the animal associates with something nice. De-Fleez has a slight alcohol smell and taste and is readily taken by all animals. For ease of application De-Fleez can be given at the same time as Pet-Worm and De-Lice, taking care of internal and external parasites in one hit.
The small amount of alcohol used in the preparation of our products is human grade Ethanol, this is to preserve the product and speed its passage through the tongue and into the blood stream. We do not use Isopropanol as this has been found harmful to felines.
We also recommend the use of our insecticidal spray for pet bedding, sofas and carpets to kill eggs and larvae.
- MONTHLY DOSAGE RATES:
- Large/medium dogs 15 ml
- Small dogs and cats 10 ml
- House pets 5 ml
- For heavy infestations, give the above dose daily for three days.
