You can also telephone your order in - Tel No: Sales Line 07814 810944. We require payment in advance of delivery by cheque or electronic transfer. Electronic transfers are made through your own bank by either their telephone or Internet banking service direct to our account.

To place an order by telephone, please browse our on-line Product Catalogue, note which products you want from then call us. We'll then work out the delivery costs and the total amount payable. Simply forward payment and we'll do the rest.

To place an order by e-mail, please browse our on-line Product Catalogue, note which products you want in an e-mail ensuring you state Product Name; Weight/Size; Quantity and Price. Also ensure you put your preferred payment method and FULL NAME, ADDRESS and TEL' NUMBER.

Once we receive and check your e-mail order, we'll then work out the delivery costs and the total amount payable. We'll either e-mail or call you back to confirm and arrange payment. Then we'll do the rest.

Postage and Package Costs:

Postage and packing costs are added at the checkout. UK Royal Mail and carriers delivery charges are based on size and weight. Postage prices are as follows: 0.250kg £1.70, upto 0.500kg £2.20, upto 1kg £4.00, upto 25kg £7.50. Each item has a £0.25 handling fee for packaging costs. Pet products all have VAT added to them and VAT is also added to the postage cost.

P&P includes VAT.

Please ensure you check the final total of your purchases before paying as mistakes are difficult to rectify later.

VAT - Tax

Most of our products are zero rated VAT for the UK. VAT is charged where necessary at the standard UK rate of 17.5% which are indicated in the product Catalogue with a red asterisk.

Enquiries/Orders from Abroad

We welcome enquiries from Europe and abroad. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT OVERSEAS SHIPPING: For orders outside of the UK, please place your order via either e-mail or by telephone, not through the website as the shipping charges are different from the UK shipping stated above. Once your order has been received we will then calculate the cost of delivery and e-mail a total price of your order. If you would like to go ahead with the order we will send an invoice via Paypal. When payment is received we will send your order.

PayPal™ Shopping Process:

Here is a step by step guide to shopping on-line with our PayPal™ shopping cart:

  1. BROWSE: Browse as many products as you wish from the Product Catalogue
  2. BUY: Select the 'Add to Basket' button of the product(s) you wish to buy
  3. POP-UP E-CART: Your PayPal™ Shopping Basket will 'pop-up' with a list of your purchases and a sub-total of what you've spent so far. We recommend you leave the shopping basket open in the background if you want to buy more products.
  4. CHECKOUT: When you are ready you can proceed to the checkout by selecting the 'checkout' button at the bottom right of the shopping basket list
  5. PAYMENT AMOUNTS: The PayPal™ Shopping Basket will add up all product costs including VAT and shipping charges and present a final total. Please check this before entering your payment card details.
  6. PayPal™ MEMBERS: If you are already a PayPal™ account holder you have the option of 'signing-in' which may speed up your 'checkout' visit.
  7. PayPal™ NON-MEMBERS: Non PayPal™ Members should follow the instructions and complete the form under "Payment Details", which includes your name, address and credit / debit card details.
  8. E-MAIL ADDRESS / RECEIPT: You must have a valid and regular e-mail address to use PayPal™. You'll also need to set-up a password to access Paypal later to check the payment progress. This enables the confirmation process to take place. You receive an e-mail from PayPal™, as do we to say you've made a purchase. This e-mail acts as your receipt and reference should you need one.
  9. DELIVERY: Once we receive payment from PayPal™ we will initiate the delivery of your order. Please allow 28 days for delivery - however we aim to have them to you with-in a week. Orders made on bank holidays and weekends may delay delivery.

Ordering More Than One of a Product:

It is assumed that you require only 1 of a product as default. However, you can order multiples of a product by amending the 'QTY' box in the first column of the shopping basket next to the product description. Then select the 'Update Basket' to process your changes.

Removing an Item from the Shopping Basket

If you change your mind during your shopping spree you can remove an item from your PayPal™ Shopping Basket by selecting the 'remove' checkbox next to the product description in the 2nd column of the basket list. Then select the 'Update Basket' to process your changes.
