Making Your Purchase:
Making a purchase on-line is quite easy. First, browse our Product Catalogue, and select any item using the 'add to basket' buttons. These will then load into your virtual shopping cart. After you have finished your selection(s), choose "Checkout' where you will be asked for your name, address, e-mail and a few other few details so we can begin your order.
Online Payments:
We recommend you pay for your order using online credit card payments through PayPal™. Paypal accept most major credit / debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron. This is a tried and tasted service that is fully logged, secure and easy to complete. Using your credit card also gives you some consumer protection (please check your issuer for details).
Credit Card Security
Using PayPal's™ on-line shopping cart ensures all credit card numbers are encrypted (made secret) and secure when the order is placed. PayPal™ use 128 bit encryption to encrypt your data (same highest strength as the military and all major UK banks).
Currency - Prices in Pounds GBP:
Prices are in £GBP. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, Paypal and your bank / credit card company will do the conversion for you. It is your responsibility to check conversion rates for your own currency.

E-mail: info@organic-equine.co.uk You may e-mail your order, stating clearly which products, sizes, quantities and your contact / delivery details. When we receive your e-mail we'll add the correct postage and packing costs and either call or e-mail you to confirm the order and full cost. We require full payment before goods are dispatched. You can pay by cheque or electronically through your telephone bank or Internet banking. We will advise you further when you place your e-mail order.
Shipping And Handling:
All products are subject to postage, delivery and packaging costs. Generally this is costed as a combination of number of items and weight. You are fully informed of the shipping and handling costs as part of your payment.
Delivery Schedule:
We deliver your order as soon after we have received your payment as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 15 days. Delays may occur to public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Please allow 28 days for your order to arrive.
Back Orders - 'Out of Stock'
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, when we can refund the amount of the goods not dispatched.
Tax Charges
As a UK based supplier, orders made from the UK or the European Union, are subject to Value Added Tax of 17.5% on the price. Your shopping cart and invoice will show this cost.Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction in our supplied products. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the products we sell you should contact us immediately by either phone or e-mail. We will do our upmost to ensure your complaint is dealt with effectively and on it's merits.

Returns Policy
We always endeavour to assist you in returning faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible with a correction order or refunds. Each case will be judged on its merits. This does not affect your statutory rights.
